Refunds & Exchanges
No Refunds or Exchanges:
• Due to Sanitary Reasons: For hygiene and safety purposes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our jewelry pieces.
• Custom and Personalized Items: As these are made specifically for you, they are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
